For US customers,
- Missed loyalty points on eligible orders commonly occur on in-store purchases where a phone number was not input at checkout or an unlinked card was used
- To avoid this issue moving forward always make sure to input your phone number at checkout or place orders with the card linked to your account
Missed points can also occur because an item is ineligible for loyalty. Ineligible items include Grab n' Go food or drink items, merchandise, and gift cards.
For UK customers
- Loyalty points can only be earned on in-app orders
For Regulars
- Missed points frequently occur because discounted drinks such as free cold brew, filter coffee, and $1 espresso-based drinks are ineligible for the Regulars 2x loyalty. Only Regulars orders placed at full price are eligible for 2x points.
