Which does Blank Street Regulars include?
As a Blank Street Regular you can get up to 14 free barista-made drinks per week (hot or iced, any size, including free milk alternatives and one extra flavour). Free drinks can be redeemed once every 30 minutes. Regulars also enjoy a 20% discount on any further drinks, and a 10% discount on everything else (including food, merch and coffee beans).
How can I redeem my benefits?
Currently, benefits can only be redeemed through the app. Benefits are limited to one use every 30 minutes and are capped at 14 drinks total per week. Members will receive 20% off drinks purchased outside of the redemption window.
*Additional Program Terms: Blank Street Regulars is exclusively available through the Blank Street mobile app. Each membership is limited to one use per customer. Memberships can be paused or canceled at any time from the Blank Street app.
Can I pause my Regulars membership?
You can pause your membership at any time by heading to:
- Settings on the home page
- Clicking 'Manage my Membership' under the Regulars tab
- Then click 'Cancel my Subscription'
- Then select 'Pause Membership'
Currently, you can pause your membership for up to 4 weeks.
