Our UK loyalty program is coming to an end on December 31, 2025 as we prepare for the launch of a new global rewards program in 2026. Below you’ll find answers to common questions.
Why are you ending your loyalty program?
We’re evolving our rewards to a new global program launching in early 2026. To prepare, our current UK program will close on December 31, 2025.

We understand - we know many of you love earning rewards with us. This isn't the end of loyalty; however, we’re simply making space for a new and improved program with more flexibility and better perks.
I don’t want to lose my points — what can I do?
You can keep enjoying your rewards right up until the program ends.
- Earn points until November 11, 2025
- Redeem rewards until December 31, 2025
Just order as usual and redeem at checkout before the deadline.
What happens if I don’t use my points before December 31?
Any unused points will expire after December 31, 2025 and can’t be carried over into the new program. We recommend redeeming your rewards as soon as possible.
Can my points transfer to the new program?
No, points from our current program won’t transfer. The new global program is being built from the ground up, so sadly we won’t be able to convert existing balances.
When is the new loyalty program launching?
Early 2026. We’ll share updates with you via email and in our app, so you’ll be the first to know when it goes live.
What will the new program look like?
We can’t reveal all the details just yet, but you can expect a global rewards experience designed to be easier, more flexible, and more rewarding than ever!
How will I know when the new program is available?
We’ll notify you directly in the app and by email. Be sure your notifications are turned on and your email preferences are up to date so you don’t miss out.
