Some carriers have issues with verification texts, here are some troubleshooting steps to follow:
- Ensure that you don’t have any SMS filtering services which may be blocking any incoming messages.

Check that SMS messaging has not been disabled on your cell phone. Your carrier might be set to block verification SMS be default, and doesn’t show it on the blocked page.
- For this, you need to call your carrier and request to turn on verification messages.
- If none of this works, please double-check that you haven't blocked any 5 digit phone numbers on your phone. Our SMS verification is sent from a 5 digit phone number, and sometimes people will have blocked these numbers in the past.
